Here are some forms that may help you in organizing your team. The forms
are available in Microsoft Word. You will need to edit each in a few places
to make them "your own," for example, adding your team name,
manager and coaches names, etc. I hope that this will help you!
When you click on the link for the form, select SAVE to save it to your
hard drive. Make sure you remember where you save it! Then open Microsoft
Word and open the file for editing.
